The Russell 2000 was down 5.93 points (0.39%) at 1,522.23, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 142.93 points (0.49%) to finish at 28,967.77.
The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 12/32, bringing its yield down to 2.382%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond climbed 1 5/32, decreasing its yield to 2.820%.
