The Russell 2000 gained 7.19 points (0.46%) to finish at 1,581.66, and the Wilshire 5000 was up 43.08 points (0.15%) at 28,905.51. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 1/32, increasing its yield to 2.642%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 9/32, bringing its yield up to 2.993%.
