Lincoln Financial Advisors Names New Managing Principal

Stefan Lambert has been appointed managing principal of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp., serving as market leader for Northern Virginia and surrounding field offices.

Lambert will be responsible for recruiting new advisers, retention and risk management. He has 22 years of experience in financial services, starting as an adviser with Smith Barney in New York. In 2000, he was promoted to assistant branch manager, vice president of investments for a large Smith Barney office in New York. In 2003, Lambert joined UBS Financial Services as a branch manager and director in Vienna, Virginia, and in 2008, began working for Waddell & Reed in Owings Mills, Maryland, as the managing principal for Maryland.

Lambert holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His securities licenses include Series 7, 63, 65, 3, 9, 10, and 24, life, health and variable insurance.
