ISS to Acquire Investment Scorecard, Expand Wealth Management Services

Informa Investment Solutions, Inc. (IIS) is set to expand its wealth management services with the acquisition of Investment Scorecard, a company that provides fully outsourced, integrated client reporting and wealth analytics solutions for the wealth management industry.

Nashville, Tennessee-based Investment Scorecard will continue to operate as a business unit within IIS.

The two companies signed a definitive agreement that will allow Investment Scorecard to operate as a business unit within ISS.

The acquisition is expected to close in April, pending closing conditions and regulatory approval.

“The combination of our businesses will enable the new IIS to offer many more solutions to our clients and prospects, including an extensive list of custodian data feeds, automated reconciliation services, a scalable turnkey performance measurement and client reporting service, as well as powerful compliance and insurance evaluation tools,’ said Leno Toich, joint managing director of ISS.
