iShares Publishes ETF Guide Online
Barclays Global Investors (BGI) will now offer its ETF Managed Solutions Guide on the Web, in addition to the hard copy.
The guide serves as a resource for financial advisers to identify third-party managers (TPMs) offering model portfolios with a significant exchange-traded fund (ETF) allocation. The first edition was released in March (see “iShares To Publish ETF Guide for Advisers”). The company said the next quarterly edition will be available online.
The new edition includes 60 third-party managers and iShares expects to add more TPMs in each quarterly edition as more managers build portfolios, the company said. The guide provides information about each firm’s philosophy, portfolio management team, portfolio objective, performance history, top holdings, and asset class and sector weights. The online edition also provides search capabilities via location, performance data, and more.
