Gainfully Adds Communications Platform for FinTech Firms
The new tool aims to help advisers speak regularly with clients in efficient and seamless ways.
Gainfully, a platform for retirement investment advisers (RIAs), broker/dealers, asset managers, insurance carriers and others, has unveiled a new communications tool for financial professionals.
Gainfully Presence will allow financial services firms to communicate with clients or colleagues inside websites, client portals, e-applications, marketing tools or social campaigns, SMS/texting, and email. Among those who will be able to utilize the platform are LPL Financial, AllianceBernstein, and Voya Financial, along with others.
For those nervous about compliance risk, Presence can be configured to meet company standards, such as restricting certain channels, reply types, filtering and blocking. Additionally, the platform is FINRA and SEC-compliance enabled, according to Gainfully.
