EFA Hires Fellows to Focus on Northeast

ERISA Fiduciary Advisors, Inc., has hired a new manager to focus on sales and consulting in the northeastern United States.
According to an announcement, Richard “Dick” B. Fellows, Jr, has joined ERISA Fiduciary Advisors as the Northeast managing director responsible for sales and consulting to plan sponsors in the Boston area.      

ERISA Fiduciary Advisors is an independent, fee-based, investment advisory and retirement consulting firm “focused on corporate retirement plans providing unbiased investment advice, fiduciary risk management,and retirement plan consulting to the mid-size retirement plan market of $5 million to $250 million in assets under management,” according to the firm, which has offices in Florida and Massachusetts, as well as plans to expand into Ohio.   .

According to the announcement, Fellows has made his career building the investment and retirement planning divisions of several well-known retirement industry firms, including Fidelity, First Mercantile Trust, Loomis-Sayles and Mercer.     

ERISA Fiduciary Advisors, Inc. specializes in the implementation of a complete fiduciary management process with up to 27 identifiable practices, according to the firm.  It offers two fiduciary adviser options that include an investment adviser agreement and a higher level, investment manager agreement designed to transfer investment risks away from the plan fiduciaries.
