Chatham Partners Unveils KnowledgePlus Platform

Chatham Partners announced a new market research platform for asset managers and retirement plan service providers aimed at boosting client service efficiency.

Chatham describes KnowledgePlus as a market research platform that empowers asset managers, asset servicers and retirement service providers to better support their clients and operate their businesses more efficiently. The firm also appointed Benjamin Poor as managing director of KnowledgePlus, tasked with leading the conception and execution of the underlying market research initiative.

Peter Starr, president and CEO, says the vision for KnowledgePlus is to help clients effectively navigate business complexity, greater regulation and changing buyer behaviors endemic to their industries. Starr says Chatham hopes KnowledgePlus will improve client businesses’ performance through the publication of useful market research.

Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Poor served as global head of marketing and manager of market intelligence at Citi Securities and Fund Services, where he led a market research program focused on clients’ distribution strategies and operational excellence. He also served as director of the institutional practice at Cerulli Associates.

“Salient market insights are becoming more critical for asset managers, asset servicers and retirement service providers as they manage through change in their industries,” Poor adds.
