plan sponsors about fulfilling their fiduciary obligations. ---
Fiduciary Educator features a series of videos to help plan
sponsors understand the definitions of a plan fiduciary, the consequences of
breaching fiduciary obligations, due diligence and procedural prudence
participant communication, and how to alleviate and shift fiduciary burden.
Interactive quizzes following each video help assess if
fiduciary duties are being fulfilled and whether a service provider may be of
help.
Users also have access to a library of educational materials
provided by industry firms. These can be previewed online or saved in the site's
“knowledge baskets” for reference.
The site is also available to financial professionals who
work with plan sponsors, and also offers educational materials tailored to this
group.
