Orion Advisor Services has launched Orion Social, an
application that offers online training tutorials and connects advisers with Orion Subject Matter Experts and adviser peers in real time. The tutorials cover a wide range of topics, including reporting, billing, and market data.
Advisers can also post to Orion Social’s group forums to
submit developmental ideas, or receive peer assistance and best practice advice
from other professionals. Furthermore, advisers will have access to status updates of
all Orion projects and open items.
“Orion Social was designed with the intention of truly
becoming an extension of the adviser’s team,” says Orion CEO Eric Clarke. “We want to provide advisers with the ability
to engage with our support team and share best practices with each other.”
Moreover, advisers will have access to a communication
center linking to Orion Connect, which extends to CRMs Redtail, Junxure Cloud
and Salesforce AppExchange.
