--- ING Retirement Services has added a tool to its GROW program that focuses on participant education. ---
The “Education Statement” is the latest addition to ING’s GROW program (see “ING Program to Help Advisers, TPAs Build Businesses”).
This value-add tool includes a template that provides a guided, measurable process with an accompanied action plan outlining how an adviser can approach employee education. It also includes a sample template where advisers can customize the components of a sample education plan – ING can help complete this information if the plan is recordkept on its platform. The last page of the statement includes a signed commitment from the adviser to give to sponsors to be kept as part of a plan's file.
