Insurance & Annuity Company Inc. named Jasonn D. Potter regional vice
president for its retirement plan sales team. ---
Potter, a wholesaler retirement specialist, will be
responsible for developing Guardian Retirement Solutions’ sales of funding
vehicles to qualified plans in Utah, Colorado, Montana, Northern Nevada and
Idaho.
Guardian Retirement Solutions has expanded its 401(k) sales
force by 40% this year, Potter’s addition brings the company’s total number of
wholesalers to 17.
“Jasonn is a highly respected professional with a proven
track record of success,” said Jason Frain, vice president of 401(k) product management
and development at Guardian Retirement Solutions. “He is a perfect example of
how Guardian’s retirement sales team is growing with the addition of
experienced professionals to handle the increasing demand in the small-plan
market.”
Potter comes to Guardian from The Standard, where he was a
regional pension consultant for more than five years. He previously served as a
financial adviser with American Express Financial Advisors. A graduate of
University of Oregon with a BS in Business Administration, he has earned his
Series 7, 63, 65 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
