The company announced that the name change comes with the following personnel changes:

Jamie D. Greenleaf has resumed her adviser and partner role after a brief sabbatical. She has been with the firm for 15 years, and a principal and partner since 1995. Greenleaf is a registered investment adviser and is Series 7, 63, 65, is Health and Life licensed.

Wayne K. Greenleaf Jr. has joined the firm as an equity partner. He joined the firm as an equity partner in 2007, with the primary focus of business development, strategic partnering, and overall company growth.
