--- Cheryl Courtney was named regional vice president of the western territory for Ascensus, a provider of retirement plan solutions.

Courtney will oversee Ascensus’ distribution networks in
southern California, Nevada and Hawaii, and work with the company’s business
partners and financial adviser clients to expand their business in the region.
Before joining Ascensus, Courtney worked as a retirement
plan wholesaler in California.

Ascensus with significant wholesaling experience and valuable relationships
with key financial advisers, third-party administrators and investment-only
partners throughout an area that is essential to the organization.”
Courtney holds a Series 7 securities license, and is an
accredited investment fiduciary (AIF) and an accredited retirement plan consultant
(ARPC). She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals &
Actuaries and the Employee Benefits Association of Los Angeles.
